Kris was friendly super friendly and responsive and accommodating. I was able to find a great place to start with his help. As a first time buyer he was able to answer all of my questions and direct me to help where necessary . He was able to share his expertise in the area since I was relocating to the Windsor metro area and even showed me a few good food spots. Kris said don’t worry, tomorrow you will be in your new home but in the meantime book a hotel for you and your family and get dinner and  he will take care of it. He lived up to his promise, and the next day we moved into our home

Kris worked with my sister and I on the sale of my Mother's house in Tecumseh. He created a great video tour showcasing the main selling points of the home and it looked very polished. Given that we were both out of town, Kris helped us with many logistics of staging and hosting an open house as well as little things that came up, saving us many trips to town. Most importantly, the house sold within a week of listing, over asking with multiple solid offers. We were very happy with the outcome!
