The Windsor Essex County and Chatham Ontario real estate market is moving—and if you're buying or selling, it's important to understand what’s really happening out there. Let’s start with the data

➡️ 411 homes sold
➡️ Average sale price: $600,000
➡️ Median sale price: $537,500
➡️ Average days on market: 25
➡️ 525 cancelled listings — a big number

In the condo market:
➡️ 92 listed | 19 sold
➡️ Average sale price: $366,000
➡️ Median sale price: $360,000
➡️ 26 days average to sell
➡️ 48 cancelled listings
