• Our Weather: The climate  is great! Summers are warm and winters are mild 
• It is safe : We considered one of the safest cities in Canada, with low crime rates as compared to other major cities
• Less traffic: Compared to other major cities, Windsor has much less traffic, making commuting easier and less stressful 
• We have Point Pelee National Park  which is just a short drive from Windsor, offering breathtaking views and outdoor activities 
• We have two Great lakes close by: Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie, making it a great place for water activities, fishing
• Great pizza: If you're a pizza lover, you'll be happy to know that Windsor has some of the best pizza in Canada! 
• Affordable housing: The cost of living in Windsor Essex County is much lower than in other major Canadian cities, making it an affordable place to live , the average home price is approximately $540000 at the time of this video
• Close proximity to the USA: Windsor is just across the river from Detroit, Michigan, making it easy to visit the United States for work or play and and Cheap flights
• If you're a sports fan, you're just a short drive from Detroit, home to several professional sports teams, including the Detroit Lions, Pistons, Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers.
• Wineries, we have access to some great local wineries
• We have the University of Windsor as  well as St. Clair college, they have many great programs for locals, out of town and international students 

• Great Job opportunities: Windsor Essex County has a very  diverse economy, with opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and tourism 
• $20 billion investment: The Canadian government has pledged to invest $20 billion in the Windsor-Detroit corridor over the next decade, which will create new jobs and improve infrastructure 
• This includes the following projects 
• A new  $5 billion  EV battery plant  joint venture between Stellantis, and LG Energy will  create 2,500 direct good paying jobs and several thousand indirect job
• A New hospital: The new Windsor-Essex County Hospital is set to open in the future providing state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to residents 
• The new Gordie Howe International Bridge currently being built , it  will be the largest Canadian port on the U.S.-Canadian border.
