Where do I begin. Kris has been the most patient guy with me. I was looking at houses waaaaay out of my price range and he showed them to me without any frustration. But the time came when I fell in love with a house that he did everything in his power to get me the house. It is exactly what I wanted and my words to Kris was "I want this house, make it happen". Needless to say, its been 2 months now and Im in love. Kris is honest, patient and punctual amongst many other things. Kris worked with my sister and I on the sale of my Mother's house in Tecumseh. He created a great video tour showcasing the main selling points of the home and it looked very polished. Given that we were both out of town, Kris helped us with many logistics of staging and hosting an open house as well as little things that came up, saving us many trips to town. When a potential buyer inquired about the yard, Kris sourced legal opinions and helped us address it quickly. Most importantly, the house sold within a week of listing, over asking with multiple solid offers. We were very happy with the outcome!
